HazardCall is a community-oriented weather safety service designed to enhance local preparedness and response. The service, including the associated app, is provided free of charge to individual users, as it is funded collectively by the local community through purchases made by homeowners' associations, manufactured housing communities, or RV parks. The platform offers two primary functionalities:

• Real-time emergency notifications via phone calls when a tornado threat is identified within your community.
• The Ready-Set-Go service, which provides ongoing updates on storm and tornado forecasts to facilitate early alert and preparation for severe weather conditions.

Both services are offered at no cost, contingent upon participation by your local community organization. It is advisable to consult with your property manager or community administrator to confirm whether this service is available in your area.
